JUDGMENT Anoopchitkara, J. - CRM-49520-2022 Allowed, as prayed for. MAIN CASE 1. Aggrieved by the conditional suspension of sentence, granted vide order dated 02.11.2022 by the learned JMIC, Gurugram, vide which, sentence of the petitioner was suspended subject to deposition of 20% of compensation amount, the convict-petitioner has come up before this Court seeking extension of time by one month more. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied if the time to deposit the amount, is extended till 31.01.2023. 3. The nature of the order this Court proposes to pass is that there is no need to issue notice to the complainant and in case, notice is issued, then much time will go in service of the complainant. 4. Given above, the petition is allowed. Time to deposit 20% of compensation amount, is extended till 31.01.2023. It is clarified that in case, the amount is not deposited this order shall recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
