JUDGMENT A.S. Chandurkar, J. - RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of her tribe claim of belonging to 'Mana' Scheduled Tribe. 3. On instructions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent submits that within a period of three months, the claim of the petitioner would be decided. 4. Hence, by directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner by the end of March - 2023, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
