ORDER : In compliance of the order dated 24.02.2022, Sri Sameer Sarma, Chief Secretary of the State of Andhra Pradesh personally appeared before this Court. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.V.S.Kishore Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation. 3. Sri C.Sumon, learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this Writ Petition is resolved by releasing payments to the petitioner on 04.03.2022. 4. Sri Bokka Satya Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the receipt of the payment. 5. In view of the above, in our view, further adjudication in this matter is not required. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate/review/ approach the competent Court seeking interest, if any, so advised at the appropriate stage. 7. While closing this Writ Petition, we are recording our anguish and displeasure for non payment of the bills for the works executed by the persons for various works under the different departments. Nobody will come forward to undertake the Government works, unless they are properly received the payments from the government for the bills submitted by them after execution of the work. The Chief Secretary present before this Court undertook to look into this issue and issue necessary instructions to all the Secretaries of the Departments and Head of the departments of the departments not to repeat such lapses in future. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
