JUDGMENT 1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court on 19.09.2022, the parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre at Sri Ganganagar and have settled the matter in the mediation proceedings. 2. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre of Sri Ganganagar Court, the present writ petition may be disposed of. 3. Considering the submissions made at the Bar, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the agreement entered into between the parties dated 17.09.2022 which reads as under: 4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of. The impugned order dated 27.07.2022 (Annexure-11) passed by the Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer are quashed and set aside. Consequently, the respondent authorities are directed to enter the names of the respective parties in the Revenue Records. 5. Needless to say, the parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement undertaken between them on 17.09.2022.
