ORDER : When the instant application came up before this Court today, Mr. Praneet Gupta, learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that Shri Roop Lal was respondent No.2 in an appeal filed against the impugned award in FAO (MVA) No.208 of 2011 and the said appeal had decided on 29th February, 2020 and the impugned award has upheld. Copy of the same is placed on record, as Annexure R-1. 2. Faced this situation, learned counsel for the appellant states that appropriate orders may be passed in the instant application, as the award has attained finality before this Court. Now, no appeal can be entertained on behalf of respondent No.2, as he was duly represented in that appeal. So, the instant application, as also the main appeal is clearly misconceived and is required to be dismissed. Ordered accordingly. No order as to costs. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
