A perusal of the impugned order of learned Tribunal dated 18.01.2022 makes the position clear that earlier the transfer order of the petitioner was stayed by an interim order, however, it was clearly mentioned in earlier order of the learned Tribunal dated 26.10.2021 but the respondents were given liberty to pass order afresh after complying with the relevant rules (Travelling Allowances Rules, 1971). Thus, the second transfer order dated 07.01.2022 passed by the respondents was held to be as per rules and as per the liberty granted by the learned Tribunal in its earlier order dated 26.10.2021. 7. In view thereof, the order of learned Tribunal dated 18.01.2022 is just and proper. No ground for any interference is made out. 8. The writ petition is devoid of any merit and is liable to be dismissed. 9. Writ Petition dismissed. 10. Stay application also stands dismissed.
