JUDGMENT Farjand Ali, J. - At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the revision petition, however, submits that since the petitioner is a lady and is in active service in Revenue Department, therefore, the trial court may be directed to conclude the trial of the case expeditiously. 2. he prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be reasonable since every accused has a right to seek and get speedy disposal of the case. Therefore, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the learned trial judge shall make sincere endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above directions. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
