JUDGMENT Dinesh Mehta, J. - Mr. Deepesh Singh Beniwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - University submits that the relief, which the petitioner is claiming in the present petition has already been granted and he has been granted benefit of CAS vide order dated 12.10.2022. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, submits that true it is that the petitioner has been given benefit of CAS, however, the effective date given thereunder is not in accordance with law. 3. Be that as it may. The present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. The petitioner shall however, be free to raise his grievance before the University by way of representation. 4. Any such representation shall be decided by the University by speaking order within a period of four weeks of the receipt. 5. In case the petitioner feels aggrieved with the decision of the respondent - University, he will be free to file fresh writ petition. 6. Stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
