JUDGMENT Dinesh Mehta, J. - By way of the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the respondents, who have not granted due promotion to him. 2. Mr. Hemant Choudhary, learned Government counsel on the basis of reply submitted that the name of the petitioner in the eligibility list was sent by the committee constituted at the District level belatedly and thus, his case could not be considered in the Departmental Promotion Committee for the year 2021-2022. It is further submitted by Mr. Choudhary that the respondents shall be soon convening a review DPC in which petitioner’s case shall be considered. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent to convene review DPC and consider petitioner’s case in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months. 4. Stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
