JUDGMENT 1. The present appeals have been filed against the order dated 29.11.2013 whereby the application for temporary injunction filed by the plaintiff was partly allowed. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants/defendants submitted that a settlement has been arrived into between the parties and in view of the settlement as filed before the trial Court with an application, the said suit was permitted to be withdrawn. Learned counsel has placed on record the application as preferred by the parties before the trial Court as well as the order sheet dated 08.07.2022 whereby the settlement arrived into between the parties was taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs has not denied the said submission. 4. In view of the submissions made, the present appeals are dismissed as having become infructuous. 5. All the pending applications stands disposed of.
