JUDGMENT Farjand Ali, J. - An application has been preferred on behalf of the appellant seeking conversion of leave to appeal into an appeal under the proviso of Section 372 Cr.P.C. 2. It is submitted that by insertion of proviso of Section 372 Cr.P.C. an absolute right to appeal has been given to the victim against the judgment of acquittal but due to inadvertence the leave to appeal has been preferred on behalf of the complainant, therefore, in the interest of justice the same may be converted into the appeal under Section 372 Cr.P.C. 3. The application seeking conversion of leave to appeal into an appeal is allowed. The leave to appeal be converted into an appeal under the proviso of Section 372 Cr.P.C. Leave application is disposed of. 4. Memo of leave to appeal be treated as a memo of appeal.
