JUDGMENT Rekha Borana, J. - An application has been preferred by the appellant with the submission that the learned Court below be directed to pass a final decree in terms of compromise as entered into between the parties. 2. The compromise as entered into between the parties has also been placed on record. 3. An averment has also been made in the application that respondent No.1 Badridas Soni, who was the father of appellant No.1 and respondent Nos.2 & 3 has expired on 10.04.2022. There is no other legal representative of Badridas Soni except the present appellant and the two respondents. Now, the appellant Mahesh Kumar Soni and respondent Nos.2 & 3, being his sisters, have entered into a compromise for settlement of the dispute. 4. In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed. Learned Court below is directed to verify the compromise and proceed on to pass a final decree in terms of the compromise/ settlement as entered into between the parties and in accordance with law. The parties are directed to remain present before the Court below on 09.01.2023. 5. With the above observations, the present appeal is disposed of. 6. Stay application also stands disposed of. 7. The record be remitted back to the Court below forthwith.
