JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Garg, J. - Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the award impugned. Admit. 2. Issue notice to respondents, returnable within six weeks. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is considered appropriate and hence ordered that if the appellant-Insurance Company deposits 75% of the award amount before the Tribunal within one month from today, recovery of the remaining amount under the impugned award shall remain stayed. Deposited amount may be disbursed to the respondent-claimants in the manner and proportion as contemplated by the impugned award. List the matter after six weeks, as prayed.
