JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Garg, J. - Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the award impugned. Admit. Issue notice. Call for record. 2. Mr. Narpat Ram has appeared on behalf of respondent Nos.1 & 2. Let notice be issued to respondent Nos. 3 & 4 only, returnable within six weeks. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is considered appropriate and hence ordered that if the appellant-Insurance Company deposits 75% of the award amount before the Tribunal within one month from today, recovery of the remaining amount under the impugned award shall remain stayed. Deposited amount may be disbursed to the claimants in the manner and proportion as contemplated by the impugned award. 4. List the matter after six weeks’ along with Civil Misc. Appeal No.183/2022, as prayed.
