Learned Additional Advocate General has informed this Court that the appellant Mohammad Bux S/o Ahmed Bux has died in Maharana Bhupal Government Hospital, Udaipur while undergoing treatment on 1.12.2022. He has produced letter dated 13.12.2022 written by Superintendent, Central Jail, Udaipur and has also produced documents regarding post mortem etc. 3. In view of the fact that the sole appellant Mohammad Bux has expired on 1.12.2022, this present criminal appeal is dismissed as abetted. D.B. In view of the fact that the appeal itself is dismissed as abetted, this application for suspension of sentence also stands dismissed as infructuous.
