JUDGMENT : 1. Upon mentioning by the counsel for the petitioner, the matter is added in today's list as to be mentioned. On 23rd February, 2022, the instant writ petition is disposed of. 2. It is pointed out by the counsel for the petitioner that in page 6 in fourth paragraph of the judgement the year of writ petition is wrongly mentioned as 2011 instead of 2014. 3. In paragraph 4 page 6 of the judgment, the year of writ petition shall be treated as 2014 instead of 2011. Hence, at page 6, paragraph 4 of the judgment shall be read as WPA 15358 of 2014 is thus allowed instead of WPA 15358 of 2011 is thus allowed. 4. This order may be treated as part of the judgement dated 23rd February, 2022.All parties to act in terms of a copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
