ORDER 1. The present criminal appeal under Section 14(A) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed in connection with FIR No.20/2022 registered at Police Station Govindgarh, District Jaipur for the offences under Sections 143, 341, 342, 452, 354, 323, 308, 427, 336 IPC and Section 3-1 (R)(S) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has been wrongly implicated in this case. He is behind the bars since 17.1.2022. Learned counsel for the appellant also submits that name of the appellant is not mentioned in the FIR. Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that injured Pooranmal in his statement u/s 161 Cr.P.C. clearly stated that Sanjay Joya has inflicted injury on his hand by sharp edged weapon. Conclusion of trial will take time. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant have opposed the appeal. 4. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the appellant on bail. 5. This appeal is allowed and order dated 25.1.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Jaipur Metropolitan-I is quashed and set-aside. It is directed that accused appellant-Rahul Rundla Son Of Shri Rajesh Kumar Rundla, shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
