JUDGMENT Battu Devanand, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Education and Revenue. Perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed against the inaction of the Respondent authorities in taking appropriate action on the reference made by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jammalamadugu, vide File No.RDOJMD/89/2017-Ja(D1)-RDO(JMD)-JMDVSN, to investigate and submit the report as per G.O.Ms.No.276 of Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (MDL11) Dept., Government of andhra Pradesh, Dt.18.07.2002 and G.O.Ms.No.170, Education (SE) Department, dated 30.04.1991, in pursuance of representation of the petitioner for change of his date of birth as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice. 3. When this writ petition is listed for admission on 07.03.2022, this Court directed the learned Government Pleader for Revenue to get instructions from the District Collector with regard to the action taken by them relating to the correction of Date of Birth of the petitioner. 4. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Principal, Government Homoeo Medical College, Kadapa, Y.S.R. District, issued Memo No.465/acad/2022, dated 07.03.2022, directed the petitioner to submit the proof of following evidences immediately without fail: 1. Primary Education. 2. Higher Education. 3. Inter-Mediate Education. 4. Degree Education. 5. Completed of Internship. 6. State register certificate. 5. In compliance of the same, the petitioner submitted the evidences as sought in the said memo. Basing on the documents submitted by the petitioner, the District Collector, i.e., 4th Respondent has initiated proceedings for correction of the Date of Birth of the petitioner as requested by the petitioner in his representation and accordingly, the writ petition can be disposed of. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be disposed of recording the subsequent developments of the filing of the writ petition. 7. Having considered the contentions of the respective counsels, it is appropriate to dispose of the writ petition placing the submissions made by the learned counsels on record with a direction to the Respondent Nos.5 and 7 to complete the process within a reasonable period of six (6) weeks from today. 8. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 9. There shall be no order as to costs. 10. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
