ORDER : 1. This court called one advisor of West Bengal Central School Service Commission Prof. Santi Prasad Sinha for appearing before this court today at 2 p.m. 2. Learned advocate for the said Prof. Sinha has submitted that his client is ill and one certificate has been produced before this court issued by one Prof. (Dr.) Debasis Ray whose chamber is at Probe Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. 121, A.J.C. Bose, Road, Kolkata-700 014. The mobile phone number and email address of the doctor have also been mentioned in the said certificate issued by the doctor. 3. I direct the Registrar General to call the doctor over phone by 3:45 p.m. today, directing him to appear before this court personally at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow. Communication should also be made through email to the said doctor. 4. It is made clear if he fails to appear before this court tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. to satisfy this court about the issuance of the said certificate, further steps will be taken by this court to ensure his presence. 5. Communicate this order to the Registrar General forthwith.
