ORDER : 1. Application for oral hearing is rejected. 2. There is delay of 337 days in preferring the review petition. The explanation offered in the application seeking condonation of delay is not satisfactory. We, therefore, refuse to condone the delay. 3. Consequently, the review petition is dismissed on the ground of limitation.
