JUDGMENT S.G. Chattopadhyay, J. - This civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 18.11.2022 passed by the learned District Judge, West Tripura [ in Civil Misc. (Rev.) 05 of 2021] whereby, learned District Judge dismissed the review application of the petitioner which was filed against an order dated 15.03.2021 passed in Civil Misc.(TPID) 09 of 2016. 2. Heard Mr. S.M. Chakraborty, learned senior advocate appearing along with Mr. R.R. Datta, learned advocate for the petitioner. 3. Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned GA has accepted notice on behalf of Respondent No.1, i.e. S.D.M., Sadar. Required number of copies of the petition along with the accompanying documents shall be served to the State counsel by the petitioner in the course of the day. 4. Issue notice upon Respondent Nos.2 & 3 returnable within 20.01.2023. Steps be taken by the petitioner side within a period of 5 days. 5. List the matter on 20.01.2023 along with CRP 76 of 2021.
