JUDGMENT S.G. Chattopadhyay, J. - Heard Mr. S. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Soumyadeep Saha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband. 2. It is submitted by Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the wife that after the husband filed his suit for judicial separation, the wife has been living with her daughter in extreme hardship because she does not have any source of livelihood. 3. Counsel submits that the wife filed an application before the trial court seeking litigation expenses and nothing has been paid by the husband till date towards litigation expenses. 4. It is submitted by Mr. Bhattacharjee, counsel that the wife shall not be able to attend the Court proceedings to defend her case unless she is provided with the litigation expenses which includes the expenses incurred by her for travelling to Court. 5. Refuting the contention of Mr. Bhattacharjee, Mr. S. Saha, learned counsel submits that in terms of Court's order, Rs.1,500/-(Rupees one thousand five hundred only) has already been paid to the wife as litigation cost by the husband by depositing the same at the trial court. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel of the parties, the trial court shall release the said amount of Rs.1,500/- in favour of the petitioner immediately, if it is so deposited by the husband of the petitioner as submitted by Mr. S. Saha. 6. This Court is of the further view that the husband should pay a sum of Rs.7,000/-( Rupees seven thousand only) within a period of 2 weeks to his wife petitioner towards litigation expenses. 7. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit written statement before the trial court soon after she receives the litigation cost as ordered by this Court. Subject to payment of the said amount of litigation cost by the husband to his petitioner-wife, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
