JUDGMENT : Neeraj Tiwari, J. 1. Heard Sri S.F.A. Naqvi, learned Senior Advocate holding brief of Sri Syed Ahmed Faizan, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Ms. Shruti Taneja, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent no.11. 2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.12.2021, Ms. Shruti Taneja, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent no.11 has produced the instruction, which is taken on record. On the basis of instruction, she submitted that now Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow has been appointed by the High Court, Allahabad. 3. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue an writ order or direction the opposite party no.1 to decide the case no.22 of 2018 (Afaq Mohd. Khan vs. Smt. Nazma Khanum & others) pending before the opposite party no.1." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a suitable direction may be issued to respondent no.1-U.P. Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow to decide the aforesaid case within stipulated period for which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 1 to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned. In case, aforesaid case is not decided within the prescribed time, reasons shall be recorded for the same.
