Sandesh, J. - Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition on the ground that the earlier petition filed was also rejected on merits and hence, he is not pressing the petition. 2. In view of the submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as not pressed.
