ORDER 1. Mr. Sonawane, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition. He also seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. 2. The prayer is granted. 3. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. No costs. 4. This order shall not preclude the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action, in accordance with law. 5. We have found, on perusal of the Writ Petition, that there is no separate paragraph containing the grounds based whereon relief has been claimed in the Writ Petition. This is in the teeth of Rule 1 of Chapter XVII of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. 6. The Registry shall ensure that, in future, no Writ Petition is registered unless specific grounds are set out therein upon which the writ petition is moved for grant of relief, as claimed by the petitioner. Any lapse in this regard will be viewed strictly.
