ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. We find no grounds to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of the High Court of Delhi in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The High Court has clarified that all contentions of the parties are reserved. It is made clear that the contentions of the petitioner herein shall be considered uninfluenced by any observation(s) made by the High Court. 3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 4. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
