JUDGMENT Battu Devanand, J. - This Contempt Case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the Order dated 30.11.2016 in W.P.No.41464 of 2016. 2. This Court by Order dated 30.11.2016 in W.P.No.41464 of 2016 directed the M.P.D.O., to forward the recommendations to the Project Director, D.R.D.a., within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this Order and thereafter, it shall be considered and take appropriate decision as warranted by the scheme within a further period of three weeks and if the petitioners are found to be eligible for grant of pension, they shall be granted pension retrospectively from the date from which the pension was stopped. 3. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 filed Counter affidavit. 4. There is no representation for the petitioners. 5. Sri Vinod K Reddy, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that immediately after receipt of the Order of this Court, the respondents conducted enquiry and found that out of four petitioners, only Petitioner No.4 is found eligible for Social Security Pension and the same was averred in the Counter affidavit filed by the Respondent No.2. Subsequently, in further verification, the respondents found that except Respondent No.3, remaining petitioners are found eligible for pension and they were paid pensions with arrears. accordingly, the Order of this Court is complied with. 6. In view of the averments made in the Counter affidavit and the submissions made by the learned counsel, it appears that the Order of this Court is complied with. 7. In view of the above, in our view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Case. 8. accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. 9. There shall be no order as to costs. 10. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
