JUDGMENT C.Praveen Kumar, J. - The present Writ Petition is moved by way of 'Lunch Motion'. With the consent of Sri. M. Karibasaiah, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner; Sri.G.Vijaya Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences - Respondent No. 2 and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2. The Writ Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Respondents to consider her request for admission into PG Medical Courses under Management Quota / NRI Quota seats in private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical Colleges in the State of andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2021-22 scheduled to be conducted today. 3. Sri. G. Vijaya Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2, would submit that, the request of the Petitioner can be considered, but the Petitioner has moved the application at a belated stage. We are not going this aspect having regard to the Order passed by this Court in W.P. No.3387 of 2022. 4. accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the consent of both the Counsel allowing the Petitioner to submit her application along with original certificates before Respondent No. 2, if time for making such application still exists. On such application being made and if the said application satisfies all the requirements and if the said application can be dealt with, Respondent No. 2 shall deal with the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs. 5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
