JUDGMENT H.P. Sandesh, J. - Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition, as the same has become infructuous since, bail has already been granted by the Trial Court. 2. In view of the submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
