JUDGMENT Tirthankar Ghosh, J. - The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated August 30, 2019 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, in connection with C.G.R. Case No. 725 of 2019 arising out of Ballygunge Police Station Case No. 27 of 2019. The petitioner happens to be Deep Investrade (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd. which has been shown to be an entity of Nirmal Kumar Gangwal, one of the accused against whom charge-sheet was submitted under Sections 420/120B of the Indian Penal Code by the Investigating Officer of the case. In view of the proceedings against Nirmal Kumar Gangwal being quashed in CRR 3761 of 2019 the accounts which were frozen in course of investigation for the sake of investigation are no longer required for the purpose of the case. Accordingly, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore is directed to de-freeze the accounts which belong to Deep Investrade (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd.. 2. Thus, CRR 2916 of 2019 is allowed. 3. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. 4. All parties shall act on the server copy of this judgment duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 5. Urgent Xerox certified photocopy of this judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
