JUDGMENT Alok Kumar Verma, J. - A Case No.15 of 2015-2016, 'Smt. Lalita vs. Pradeep and Others', is pending before the Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Haridwar. In the said case, an application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with Order 6 Rule 17 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed by the petitioner herein, namely, Sattar. 2. Heard Mr. Bilal Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to direct the Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Haridwar to decide the said application, filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible. 4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition (M/S No.3399 of 2022) is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Haridwar to consider and decide the said application, filed by the petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with Order 6 Rule 17 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
