JUDGMENT Alok Kumar Verma, J. - Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Late Shri Bhagwan Singh, the father of the petitioner, was posted in Government Ayurvedic Hospital Dangchoura, Kirtinagar on Group 'D' post. He had died on 24.03.2018. The petitioner submitted representations before the respondent no. 2, Director, Ayurvedic and Unani Services, Uttarakhand, Dehradun. But, the said representations are not decided so far. 2. Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will submit a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2, Director, Ayurvedic and Unani Services, Uttarakhand, Dehradun within a week from today. He requested that the present Petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner. 3. Mr. N.P. Sah, learned counsel for the State requested four weeks' time to decide the representation of the petitioner. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2, Director, Ayurvedic and Unani Services, Uttarakhand, Dehradun to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, if he submits the representation within one week from today, by a speaking order expeditiously, preferably, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with the relevant rules. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
