JUDGMENT Alok Kumar Verma, J. - This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 13.12.2022 passed by the respondent no.1. 2. Heard Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 22.09.2020, the petitioner was transferred from the office of Regional Manager (Operation), Tanakpur Uttarakhand Transport Corporation to Kathgodam Depot on his request. The petitioner is going to retire in the month of November, 2023. However, on 13.12.2022, the respondent no.1 passed an order, whereby, the petitioner has been transferred from Kathgodam Depot (Kumaun Region) to Pithoragarh Depot (Tanakpur Region) on administrative ground. During the arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will submit his representation within three days from today, by any mode including Email, to the respondent no.1/Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, Dehradun, and the present writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to decide the said representation. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents is agree. He submitted that within seven days from the date of receiving the representation of the petitioner, his representation shall be decided. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, and in the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1/Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation at Dehradun, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner Rajendra Singh Bisht if the petitioner submits his representation within three days from today, by a speaking order expeditiously preferably within a period of seven days' from the date of the receiving of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with the relevant rules. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
