JUDGMENT Vipin Sanghi, CJ. - The present special appeal is directed against the order dated 14.12.2022, passed by the learned Single Judge, in Writ Petition (S/S) No.2357 of 2022. The impugned order reads as follows:- 'Mr. Shailendra Nauriyal, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. C.S. Rawat, Addl. C.S.C. for the State. Ms. Monika Pant, Standing Counsel for the Union of India. List this matter on 21.12.2022 alongwith WPSS No.2337 of 2022. Till the next date of listing, selection process may go on. However, appointment shall not be done.' 2. From the impugned order, it would be seen that the matter was listed on 21.12.2022, and all that the learned Single Judge ordered was that the selection process may gone on, however, appointment shall not be done. 3. We are informed that the next date of hearing fixed by the learned Single Judge is 06.01.2023. 4. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, since the proceedings are still pending before the learned Single Judge on an early date. Moreover, the appellants have been permitted to proceed with the selection process in the meantime. 5. For the aforesaid reasons, we find no merit in the present special appeal, and the same is dismissed. 6. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
