ORDER : 1. A very detailed report has been submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Purulia and the same is taken on record. It appears that as on date two persons have been arrested. 2. It further appears that Special Investigating Team involving C.I.D., West Bengal has also joined the investigation and is overseeing the same. 3. The Court has also considered and gone through the case diary. 4. Let this matter stand adjourned and be listed on 4th April 2022 at 2 p.m. as a 'Specially Fixed Matter'. 5. The principal prayer of the petitioners for transfer of investigation from the State to the C.B.I. shall be considered on the adjourned date. 6. The case diary is returned back to the State. The same may be produced again on the adjourned date. 7. It is made clear that the investigation may continue.
