ORDER : The instant petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs: (a) Quash the impugned action of the respondent Board whereby they are not regularizing the applicants from due date on completion of eight years respectively with all consequential benefits including arrears, being arbitrary, malafide and illegal. (b) Direct the respondents to regularize the applicants from due date on completion of eight years respectively with all consequential benefits including arrears and interest thereon @ 18 % per annum. 2. When the instant matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the writ petitioners fairly states that his client would be satisfied if representation of the writ petitioners Annexure P-3, shall be decided in a time bound manner, as the same is still pending before the respondents concerned. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the representation, so made by writ petitioners shall be decided sympathetically in a time bound manner. 4. In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of by ordering that the respondents concerned shall decide representation of the writ petitioners, Annexure P-3, within a period of six weeks from today and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that if the writ petitioners are still aggrieved, they have every right to approach this Court. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
