JUDGMENT 1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants shall be satisfied if the department concerned is directed to file response so that learned single judge may consider the prayer for grant of interim relief in the writ petition filed by the appellants before the learned single judge on the next date of hearing. 2. Mr. KDS Kotwal, Dy. AG appearing vice Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG assures the Court that every possible effort shall be made by the department to file the response by or before the next date of hearing fixed before the learned single judge. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of. The learned single judge is requested that in the event, response is filed by the concerned department, an interim application for grant of interim relief may be considered in accordance with law.
