JUDGMENT Dr. K. Manmadha Rao, J. - This petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioner/a1 on bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No.89 of 2017 of Nandyal I Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 406, 420 r/w 34 I.P.C and Section 5 of aP Protection of Depositors & Finance Establishment act. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case and there are no specific overt acts attributed against the petitioner except omnibus allegations. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. Learned additional Public Prosecutor opposed the criminal petition. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is observed that the crime is pending since 2017, so far the respondents are not arrested the petitioner till date and moreover the petitioner herself approached this Court for anticipatory bail. 6. In view of the above circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. In the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, Nandyal I Town Police Station, Kurnool District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. On her release, the petitioner shall report before the said Station House Officer on every Saturday between 10.00 aM and 5.00 PM, till the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed in this case. Further, the petitioner shall not make any attempt to tamper with the prosecution evidence. The petitioner shall make herself available to the investigating officer as and when required by him to facilitate proper investigation in this case. The petitioner shall scrupulously comply with the above conditions and any infraction of the same will be viewed seriously.
