JUDGMENT WP(C) No.30526 of 2022 and I.A. No.15476 of 2022 1. Mr. Bose, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners. He submits, his clients are street vendors. They earlier moved co-ordinate Bench of this Court by W.P.(C) no.2567 of 2020, disposed of by order dated 3rd February, 2020, directing consideration of their claims. 2. He submits, by impugned order dated 19th October, 2022 their claims were rejected. He seeks interference by reliance on sections 3 and 6 in Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014. 3. Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. 4. Issue notice along with this order on opposite party nos.3 and 5 by registered/speed post with A.D. Petitioners will put in requisites. 5. List on 2nd January, 2023. Status-quo be maintained till next date subject to relocation of petitioners to a specified vending zone.
