JUDGMENT 1. The restricted prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is for directing the Bank to disclose the remaining amount overdue payable till December, 2022 in order to upgrade the account to a standard account. 2. Upon notice to the Bank and in terms of the orders passed by this Court, the petitioner is stated to have deposited an aggregate amount of Rs.3 Lakhs. 3. An affidavit dated 3rd December, 2022 has been filed by Mr. Yudhisthir Tarai, Branch Manager, Union Bank of India, Jajpur Road-2 Branch, Jajpur, wherein it is reflected that a residue amount of Rs.2,30,302.88/- remains to be further deposited for upgradation of the loan account. Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Bank states that the aforesaid amount does not include the EMI due for the Month January, 2023. Along with the affidavit, the various expenses incurred apart from the outstanding instalments paid or to be paid along with interest have been reflected. 4. In view of the contents of the affidavit and the limited prayer made initially, we dispose of the present Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,30,302.88/- by the end of December, 2022 for claiming upgradation of the account to a standard account by further keeping it as a standard account by payment of the due EMIs on each month. 5. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
