ORDER : 1. The matter comes up on an application (1/2022) filed by the petitioner seeking disposal of the writ petition in the light of order dated 28.01.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.20132/2019, Nandkishore Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other connected matters. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Class-IV employee with the respondents for last about 22 years but, she is not being paid minimum pay scale. He submits that the controversy involved herein is no more res-integra and stands resolved by a Co-ordinate Bench order of this court dated 28.01.2022 in the case of Nandkishore (supra) and submits that the instant writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms. 3. Learned counsel for respondents not disputing the aforesaid proposition, submitted that this writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of directions dated 28.01.2022. 4. In the case of Nandkishore (supra), this Court has directed as under:- "Keeping in view the directions issued by a co-ordinate Bench judgment of this Court in case of Rajendra (supra), the writ petitions are disposed of in following terms: (i) the petitioners shall be entitled for minimum of the pay scale of the post of cook/mess helper from today. (ii) the petitioners shall be at liberty to make a representation for regularization of their services in the light of judgment dated10.11.2021 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in case of State of Rajasthan (supra). If such a representation is made, the respondents shall pass a reasoned order thereupon within a period of ten weeks from the date of its receipt with its intimation to the petitioners. The pending applications stand disposed of accordingly." 5. In view thereof, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed accordingly. 6. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of directions contained in the case of Nandkishore (supra) which shall apply mutadis mutandis in this case also.
