JUDGMENT Ritu Raj Awasthi, CJ. - The writ petition has been filed seeking for the following reliefs: i) ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quash the order in No.Ga.BU.E/U.NE.HOU/KA.KA.Gu 2019-20/7667 dated 04.02.2020/05.02.2020 vide ANNEXURE-L. ii) ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent authority to issue Lease/ Licence in favour of the petitioner of 1.05 Acre in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.11/B of Ucchangidurga Village, Harapanahalli Taluk, Davanagere District, now Bellary District. iii) ISSUE any writ order or direction which deemed fit in the circumstances of the case in the interests of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo for withdrawal of the writ petition. 3. Allowing the memo, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
