JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is rejection, print of which is annexure-5. His client had applied for Other Backward Classes (OBC) certificate. Earlier, OBC certificate was granted to his client. His client being in necessity of current certificate, applied again. 2. Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, there has been error in the system, resulting in impugned rejection. He submits, petitioner be directed to apply afresh, whereupon the application will be duly dealt with. 3. Impugned rejection is set aside and quashed. Petitioner is directed to forthwith make fresh application to opposite party no.3 and communicate this order. Said opposite party will, within 30 days of the application and communication made, either issue the certificate or inform petitioner reasons for rejection. 4. The writ petition is disposed of. Interim order will continue till two weeks after opposite party no.3 makes known result of the application.
