JUDGMENT M.S. Sahoo, J. - This matter is taken up in physical mode. 2. Heard Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department for opposite parties. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be granted liberty to move the appropriate authority for redressal of her grievances for regularisation of service by making fresh representation. 4. The petitioner, if so advised, shall move the appropriate authority by making representation afresh, enclosing copy of earlier representation(s), if any, along with any other documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner. The appropriate authority on receipt of such representation, along with the certified copy of the order passed by this Court, shall do well to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order, along with copy of representation(s) and any other documents. 6. The order that is to be passed by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks. 7. The petitioner shall have the liberty to take appropriate follow-up action, as would be available under law, pursuant to the order to be passed by the authority. 8. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, in any manner, whatsoever. 9. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
