JUDGMENT R.K. Pattanaik, J. - I.A. No.2881 of 2022 1. Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for disposal of 1CC Case No.67 of 2001 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Dasapalla. 2. By this Court's order dated 11th March, 2022, learned court below had been directed to expedite the hearing and disposal of the proceeding in 1.C.C. Case No.67 of 2001 within a period of six weeks thereafter and not later than 30th April, 2022. 3. Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction of the Court could not be complied with by the learned court below, therefore some more time is required to ensure disposal of 1.C.C. Case No.67 of 2021. 4. For the reasons stated in the application, the I.A. stands allowed with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Daspalla to dispose of 1.C.C. No.67 of 2001 within the next six weeks from the date of order and not later than 28th February, 2023. 5. I.A. stands allowed. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
