ORDER : 1. During the course of hearing, both the counsels agree for enhancement of the compensation to Rs. 2,00,000/- as lump sum which shall be deposited by the respondent-Insurance Company within a period of four weeks. 2. Ms. Sushma Sharma, Advocate submits that she has instructions from the appellant to accede to the enhancement of compensation to Rs. 2,00,000/-. Her statement is taken on record. 3. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of by enhancing the amount of compensation to Rs. 2,00,000/- in lump sum and the same shall be paid by the respondent within a period of four weeks from today. The award of the Tribunal is modified accordingly. Disposed of.
