JUDGMENT 1. Perused the office note and orders of this Court. It is pointed out that there is advertent typographical mistake with regard to Serial Number of the orders after 'Order No.8 dated 28th July, 2022'. 2. It is clarified that after Order No.8 dated 28th July, 2022 the next serial numbers of the order be read as Order No.09 dated 12th August, 2022; Order No.10 dated 16th September, 2022, Order No.11 (which is correctly reflected) dated 18th November, 2022 and accordingly, the present order would be Order No.12. 3. An affidavit be filed by GAIL (Opposite Party) informing the Court the time schedule for the conduct of the safety audit in question and the name of the agency which will conduct to enable the Court to pass further directions in the matter. The affidavit be filed positively one week prior to the next date with an advance copy to learned counsel for the Petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party (GAIL) informs the Court that till the safety audit is completed and a certificate is issued, the pipeline in question will not be operational. 5. List on 20th January, 2023.
