JUDGMENT 1. Petitioner is a Proprietor of M/s. Anjali Udyog and is stated to have approached the Indian Overseas Bank, Haripur Road Branch (subsequently merged with Cuttack Main Branch) for financial assistance for his business purposes. The request for assistance was however not exceeded to in view of the petitioner being a defaulter in another C.C. Limit account for a sum of Rs.4.5 lakhs availed from Central Bank of India. Thus, the prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of mandamus, INTER ALIA, to sanction a loan of Rs.1,72,50,000/- under the CGTMSE Scheme. 2. At the time of hearing, learned Proxy Counsel prays for unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition. A Withdrawal Memo duly signed by Mr. Ramakanta Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner has been placed on record. 3. In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
