JUDGMENT 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. 2. Ms. Saswata Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate has produced the written instruction from the I.I.C., Bhandaripokhari Police Station, Bhadrak. 3. On perusal of the said written instruction, we find that the Police has been sincerely acting to find out the lead to recover the victim girl. But it has been stated in the said written instruction that despite their sincere efforts, they could not achieve any success. 4. Ms. Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate prays for extension of time, which we provide, but with the condition that by the next date, a massive search operation be conducted under the leadership of the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak. 5. Mr. T.K. Nayak, learned counsel appears for the petitioner. He has stated that the Police is repeating the same story every time without resorting to serious action, as expected. 6. Let the matter be listed on 06.01.2023. 7. By this time, we expect that the victim girl will be recovered. 8. A free copy of this order be supplied to Ms. S. Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate.
