JUDGMENT : 1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record. 2. The writ petitioner is aggrieved that notwithstanding a complaint dated 12th June, 2019 addressed to Aurobindo Police Station, Durgapur, FIR has not been registered nor have any consequent steps been taken. 3. The subject matter of complaint is that the petitioner, who is an autistic child, has been tortured and has faced atrocities while he was in care and custody of the Happy Home for Handicapped, Durgapur. 4. Offence under the provisions of the Disability Act, Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and RPWD Act, 2016 are complained of in this writ petition. 5. The State is represented. 6. Let instructions be taken on behalf of the respondents to indicate what are steps taken pursuant to the complaint of the writ petitioner. 7. Let this matter stand adjourned and be listed on 11th May, 2022 under the same heading retaining its position in the list. 8.
